The reason behind is that the National Commision for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has requested the Ministry of Electronics and Information technology to take action against the "ULLU" Application which contains Explicit scenes, sexual content which are not good for school kids as they learn from seeing something.

The NCPCR also added that the Application should add a KYC Process which will be mandatory. It will protect children from accessing such content on these types of applications. The NCPCR demanded a response to this request in 10 days. As it is a violation of section 11 of the Protection of child and sexual offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012.
